Start with a Clear and Searchable Job Title

The job title is the first thing a candidate sees, making it the most critical element of your post. Avoid internal acronyms or overly creative titles like “Coding Wizard” or “Sales Ninja”. Candidates do not type those phrases into search engines. Stick to industry-standard terms that clearly communicate the role and seniority level.

If the position has a standout perk, consider adding it directly to the title. For example, changing a title from “Accountant” to “Accountant – 100% Remote” immediately increases click-through rates.
