Download the installer from the official BitRecover website. Install the program on your Windows or Mac computer. Launch the application to view the main dashboard. Step 2: Select Thunderbird Data Source
The software provides two primary options for data selection.
Choose Convert configured Thunderbird mailboxes data to automatically detect your local profile.
Choose Select Files or Select Folders to manually browse for specific MBOX or MSF files. Click Next to proceed. Step 3: Choose Folders to Convert The tool displays a folder tree structure of your mailbox. Check the boxes next to the folders you want to export.
Uncheck unnecessary folders like Spam or Trash to save time. Click Next after finalizing your selection. Step 4: Select Your Saving Option Open the drop-down menu next to Select Saving Option. Choose your desired output format from the available list.
Options include PST, EML, MSG, PDF, HTML, MBOX, or cloud platforms like Office 365. Step 5: Configure Advanced Filters (Optional) Click on the Filter Options tab for selective conversion.
